I just ordered the dress, plus a pair of flat brown brogues! This is so exciting. The only thing is, I had to get the dress in medium because there was no smalls, so it’s going to be pretty big. Oh well, I love it! 🙂


Or, in this case, a delicious double chocolate muffin… It was difficult resisting the temptation to pig out on that (AT LEAST) 300 calorie snack, but I somehow managed. I just thought about how awful I’d feel later because it’d inevitably lead to a binge and push me further away from my goal. I can’t keep waiting until tommorow, I can’t.

Today has been good so far and tommorow will be good because I’m going to MAKE it good. Here’s my intake:


B – half cup of green tea (8) and tangerine (35)

L – half an apple (25) with 1/2 yoghurt (29)

S – go ahead slices x3 (147)

D – boiled egg white (17)

= 261 calories

Oh… I thought I’d eaten so much more today. Anyway, ready for the output?

I did about 50 minutes of dancing on Just Dance 2 and burnt 1150 calories. I got over 5000 sweat points, and apparently 4.2 sweat points = 1 calorie burnt, so technically that would be about 1190 calories burnt but I just round it so that 1000 sweat points = 230 calories burnt. Yup.

That means my net is -889 calories, OH YEAAAAH! I feel so great. Skinny is oh so close, I can taste it (hahaha).

On that note, today I calculated my BMR; it’s 1460 calories. That’s the amount of calories my body burns just by being alive, so to maintain my current weight (eww no) that’s how much I need to eat. To lose a pound a day I’d have to burn off 3500 calories a day which isn’t going to happen. I could try to burn 3500 calories every two days though for a weekly loss of 3.5 pounds. Right okay, that’s the plan…

3500 – 1460 (my BMR) = 2040 

2040 / 2 = 1020 calories burn daily

1020 calories translates to roughly 4500 sweat points on Just Dance 2, so I could try to do that combined with as much walking as possible. Hmm, to be honest I don’t think I’d be able to go on the Wii for that long because I’d get told off for not working hohohoh. I need other ways to burn calories, ugh!!!

If I did 45 minutes of brisk walking everyday, that’d burn 130 calories. And jogging in place at a moderate speed for 10 minutes would burn 100 calories. That means 230 calories are already taken care of, so in order to burn 1020 I’d have to get 3500 sweat points. Cool. I’ll write up a clearer plan in a minute because this is all over the place and I’m not sure I’ll be able to understand it when I come back to check.

New rules, new limits, new goals.

I am so fucking ready for this.

I have 10 days to lose 10 lbs. Ha! Ha! Ha! I’m just going to try to stay positive and keep going with this, maybe I’ll be 125 by prom. Hopefully.

Ugh I wish I hadn’t eaten that fish, no one even forced me to. Oh well, at least I’m getting some protein and whatnot… also, I managed to burn 460 calories so my net is only 46 which is pretty good. Stop making excuses for yourself, fatty. You went over the limit.

Tommorow will be better. It has to be if I want to be 120 by the 29th. I have 13 days to lose 13 pounds. Ha, not gonna happen. I have to stay positive.

I’m returning to this blog because it’s my own private space and it keeps me motivated. I need to be thin by 29th June (prom) and, more importantly, early September (when I start college). I weigh less than I did when I started this blog but only by 2 or 3 pounds, which really sucks. I’m going to do this for real this time. FOR REAL. Seriously, it’s never been more important.
